Adrienn Lanczos
Adrienn Lanczos is a licensed real estate broker who has owned and operated Colibri Realty in Vieques, Puerto Rico since 2017. With impeccable project management skills, communication, and business savvy, she is an expert at navigating the notoriously complicated Puerto Rico real estate market.
A data nerd at heart, Adrienn is a meticulous researcher and exceptional negotiator. After graduating from Vassar College, she earned a master’s degree from George Washington University and went on to achieve success in industries including banking, IT, computer sciences, and consulting. She moved to Vieques, Puerto Rico in 2012 and opened Integral Property Solutions, a property management company overseeing dozens of rental homes and villas.
Adrienn’s passion for guiding others through buying, selling, and renting properties stems from her own nightmarish experience buying a first home in Iowa. This trauma fueled her determination to make the real estate process accessible, transparent, and even enjoyable for her clients. Today, Adrienn lives in her dream home with her partner Jared and their 3 dogs.

Steve Bivens
Steve Bivens is a licensed real estate broker who recently joined The Colibri Realty team. Steve believes that communication, accountability, and resilience are indispensable in fostering successful relationships, both in life and in real estate.
Steve enjoys geeking out with Excel spreadsheets and diving into all things data-related. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The State University of New York, complemented by a robust background in accounting, data analysis, modeling, audit, process management, and revenue recognition has provided Steve with the tools needed to bring a highly detailed and meticulous approach to real estate.
His transition into real estate was catalyzed by a pivotal experience—a challenging property purchase that highlighted the critical need for knowledgeable representation in Puerto Rico's real estate market. This experience ignited the commitment to guiding others through the complexities of real estate deals, drawing from his own journey's pitfalls to ensure his clients navigate their transactions smoothly and confidently.
